We,the department of civil engineering MMCET, proudly presents ACE,an initiative undertaking the advanced developments in the field of civil engineering.We aim at developing a dynamic approach thereby eradicating a conventional well trodden path.The principal motives are-
1. Developing an intellectual,professional and educational experience that enables the students to contribute to the society through studying,research,practice and service.
2. Implementing internationally prominent programmes that can benefit the students.
3. Engaging the students and faculty in the integration,creation and dissemination of knowledge through teamwork,personalised instruction research and outreach.
This noble initiative put forward by Prof.Madhusoodhanan Nair[HOD] is backed by a group of dedicated teachers and co-ordinated by 2008-12 batch.Nithin N Madathil of s6CE is the secretary and Karthik Chandran pillai is the treasurer of this association.Inaugral ceremony will be conducted on 16th March 2011,inaugrated by R Murugan[Chairman,P.R.S] and presided by M Mahadevan[Principal,MMCET].
